Things people ask before they sign up.
The product
Everything else is in the docs.
A private portal that gives every brand one home for its approved logos, colors, typography, guidelines, and files.
Drive is storage. boveDAM is brand stewardship. Tokens, role-aware access, format-aware downloads, signed URLs, password gates, bilingual portals — all built for the way a brand is actually used.
Technically yes. We avoid the term because it implies enterprise complexity we don't have. We're closer to a private brand portal than to a 200-feature DAM.
You can export them anytime. After cancellation, your portal goes read-only for 30 days, then we delete the files. We never sell or share data.
Yes. Viewers don't pay. Or share a password-gated link, which doesn't require an account at all.
Security and privacy
Everything else is in the docs.
No. Buckets are private. Every download is a signed URL with a short TTL.
On Cloudflare R2, an S3-compatible object store. No data ever sits on a public CDN edge.
No. We process file metadata (name, size, mime, checksum) and generate thumbnails for image types. We don't read content, share with third parties, or train models on customer data.
Yes, always. We don't serve unencrypted traffic.
2FA is on the Phase 2 roadmap. SSO is reserved for the Agency tier in Phase 4.
Plans and billing
Everything else is in the docs.
No. We chose to invest in the trial instead — 14 days, full features. The portal stays in read-only after the trial ends until you pick a plan.
Yes — about 17% cheaper across all plans.
Yes, for any plan.
For studios and agencies
Everything else is in the docs.
Yes — that's the Studio and Agency model. White-label is on the Phase 4 roadmap.
Yes. That's the core of the Studio and Agency plans. Each portal has its own members, visibility, and locale.
Yes. We support workspace transfers (manual today, self-serve in Phase 2). We do not lock data.
