Logos

The logo card model — multiple formats, type, status, and preview backgrounds. The Logos brand module organizes logo files by format and variant, presenting each in a card with the appropriate preview background and download options.

Logo cards

Each logo variant is represented as a card. A card includes:

• Preview — the logo rendered on a background color appropriate for that variant (dark, light, or custom).
• Type — the logo variant label: Primary, Secondary, Monochrome, White, Black, Stacked, or Horizontal.
• Status — Active or Deprecated. Deprecated logos are shown to editors but hidden from clients by default.
• Formats — the file formats available for download: SVG, PNG (2x, 4x), and EPS where uploaded.

Uploading logos

Inside the Logos module, click Add logo variant. Upload the file (SVG recommended as master), set the type and status, and choose the preview background. boveDAM generates PNG exports from SVG masters during processing.

Preview backgrounds

The preview background is set per logo card and does not affect the downloaded file. Use dark backgrounds for white/reversed logos and light or colored backgrounds for dark logos. Custom hex backgrounds are supported.

Multiple formats

Clients can download any available format individually. You can also configure the module to allow bulk ZIP download of all logo variants. See ZIP downloads.
