Create your account

Step-by-step from signup to verified account. Creating a boveDAM account takes under two minutes — you will verify your email, choose your workspace name, and land in your empty dashboard ready to build your first portal.

Sign up

Navigate to app.bovedam.com/register. Enter your email address and choose a password of at least 12 characters. boveDAM does not support social login in the current version.

After submitting the form, a verification email is sent to the address you provided. Check your inbox — the email arrives within one minute. If it does not appear, check your spam folder.

Verify your email

Open the verification email and click Confirm your account. The link is valid for 24 hours. After clicking, you are redirected to the workspace setup screen.

If the link expires, return to the login screen and use Resend verification email to receive a new link.

Set up your workspace

Your workspace is the top-level container for all your portals and brand assets. Give it a name that reflects your studio or company — clients will never see this name directly, but it appears in your dashboard URL and in internal email notifications.

1. Enter your workspace name (2–48 characters).
2. Choose your default language: English (en-US) or Spanish (es-MX). You can change this later under Account settings.
3. Click Create workspace.

You are ready

You land on the empty dashboard. From here, you can build your first portal or invite a team member.

Your account tier defaults to Free. Storage limits and feature availability are described in Plans and upgrades.
