Owner
There is one workspace Owner. The Owner has full access to all portals and all settings. The Owner role cannot be assigned to another member — transfer of ownership requires a support request.
Editor
Editors can manage content in portals they are members of. They cannot change portal settings (visibility, cover image, default locale) — these are Owner-only actions.
Viewer
Viewers have read-only access. They can preview assets inline and download them if the portal's download setting permits. Viewers cannot see draft assets (those still in Processing state).
