Remove boveDAM branding from portals — coming soon.

White-label mode removes all boveDAM branding from the client-facing portal experience and replaces it with your studio's identity. Clients who visit a white-labeled portal see your logo, your colors, and your studio name — not boveDAM's.

What white-label removes

When white-label mode is active, the following boveDAM-branded elements are removed from client-facing portals:

  • The boveDAM logo in the portal header and footer
  • The "Powered by boveDAM" attribution line
  • boveDAM-branded sign-in and password-entry screens (for login-gated and password-gated portals)
  • Any boveDAM references in email notifications sent from the portal (download confirmations, access invitations)

What you can replace it with

White-label mode opens a set of customization fields in your workspace settings where you can supply:

  • Your studio logo — uploaded as an SVG or PNG, displayed in the portal header
  • Your studio name — used in email subject lines and browser tab titles
  • Your accent color — applied to buttons, links, and highlighted UI elements throughout the portal

These settings apply workspace-wide. All portals in a white-labeled workspace use the same brand substitution unless overridden at the portal level.

Combined with custom domains

White-label reaches its full effect when paired with Custom domains. With both active:

  • The URL shows assets.yourstudio.com
  • The portal header shows your studio logo
  • Emails come from your configured sender name
  • No boveDAM branding is visible anywhere in the client experience

This combination makes boveDAM invisible to your clients — the portal feels like a proprietary tool built for your studio, not a third-party platform.

Plan availability

White-label is planned as an Agency plan feature. It is not available on Starter or Studio plans. Details on plan tiers and pricing will be published at launch.
